Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.
Coffee at Grind has always been at the forefront of what we do and who we are. We are coffee specialists and have always aspired to deliver the best quality, service and consistency of product at all of our GRIND locations.
We are looking for a barista with great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness when it comes to all things coffee.
Working Pattern: You must be available at least one weekend day on a regular basis as well as a mixture of afternoons and evenings until 18.30.
Skills Required:
- Latte art is a minimum requirement.
- Dialing in is an advantage.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to problem-solve with a solutions-driven approach.
- Friendly, approachable and fun work attitude.
