Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.
Floor Team
We are looking for experienced floor staff who are passionate about the hospitality industry and progressing their career. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality service. As a GRIND floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our GRIND steps of service and never mind getting your hands dirty!
Availability: You must be available to work at least one weekend day and one night per week.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide a memorable experience for any and every customer that visits

Maintain a positive and friendly approach to colleagues and customers

Possess full understanding of GRIND Steps of Service

Deliver exemplary service in line with our Steps of Service procedures

Adhere to company values and rules of professional conduct

Wear full and correct uniform always
