We're looking for a proactive, organised Studio Assistant to help keep our London studio running smoothly. Day to day, you’ll support Facilities and Front‑of‑House operations — maintaining a well‑stocked and presentable environment, covering reception, coordinating equipment for starters and leavers, carrying out compliance checks, managing supplies, and supporting meeting room setup and helpdesk requests.

You Will Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach — taking ownership rather than waiting to be asked
  • Clear, professional communication skills and good judgement about when to escalate
  • A basic understanding of health and safety principles, or a willingness to develop this
  • Willingness to undertake first aid, fire warden, and food hygiene training if not already held
