What You’ll Do
- Research and track new business opportunities in key sectors.
- Support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update client lists and project data sheets.
- Manage and organise key information for bidding and content libraries.
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging, high-quality materials.
- Assist with market research and sector strategy initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe InDesign.
- Previous experience in bid management or a similar role is desirable.
- Interest in design, architecture or the built environment is a plus.
