We’re looking for talented Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join our London studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on internationally significant projects while developing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.

You’ll work across all project stages, contributing to design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute your design ideas across all project stages from concept through to construction
  • Create architectural drawings, models, and presentations that bring ideas to life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and clients
  • Help deliver sustainable, net-zero ready buildings aligned with our environmental ambitions
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and client presentations
  • Develop your technical knowledge of construction detailing and materials
  • Work with BIM and digital design tools to support innovative project delivery
  • Learn from and contribute to a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • ARB/RIBA Part 2 qualification (or international equivalent)
  • Strong design skills with excellent visual communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of building regulations and construction methods
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Genuine passion for sustainable design

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience on large-scale or complex projects
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, or other parametric design tools
  • Interest or experience in net-zero buildings or regenerative design
  • International project experience or exposure to different design contexts
  • Skills or perspectives that bring fresh thinking to our teams
