At Grimes Dyke we are looking for a passionate SENDCO - Inclusion Manager to take on a senior leadership role delivering high quality learning whilesuccessfully nurturing and inspiring our students and staff. The successful candidatewill be responsible for leadership of SEND and Inclusion in school. As part of our energeticand welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive forsuccess while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all childrenwithin the school.
- Adetailed knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and its means of delivery.
- Highstandards of communication and interpersonal skills with staff, pupils, parents / carers and outside agencies. .
- Theability to work as a team.

- Experienceinnovating to deliver the SEND Code of Practice.
