GA is seeking a UK qualified lawyer (or about to qualify) to join our Corporate and Commercial Team in London. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases, in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with experienced lawyers and assisting mostly international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support in commercial contracts, corporate law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, transfer of undertakings, shareholders agreements and all relating tasks and documentatio OR in Labour Law.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and due diligence reports.
- Representing and supporting clients in all the matters listed above.
- Collaborating with the team to research specific and complex legal points.
- Maintaining and updating legal files and documentation.
Requirements:
- UK law qualification (or about to qualify): extra years of post-qualification experience and/or qualification achieved in other jurisdictions will be considered accordingly.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of UK legislation and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience or interest in (practice area)
