FULL TIME or PART TIME ROLE
GA is seeking a UK qualified lawyer (or about to qualify) to join our Team in London. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases, in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with experienced lawyers and assisting mostly international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support in Employment Law, Immigration Law, Drafting Director Service Agreements and Employment Agreements.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and due diligence reports.
- Maintaining and updating legal files and documentation.
Requirements:
- UK law qualification (or about to qualify): extra years of post-qualification experience and/or qualification achieved in other jurisdictions will be considered accordingly.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of UK legislation and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience or interest in Employment Law.
