What qualities we\’re looking for?

• You have a genuine passion for cooking and learning
• Well organised with the ability to follow instructions and guidance
• Experience working with fresh food and produce, preferably in a similar Mediterranean restaurant environment
• Certified Hygiene level-2 or higher
