Griggs Property Care (independent subsidiary of Griggs Homes Limited) are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader for a full-time, permanent mobile role.
Work includes plumbing repairs, reactive maintenance, insurance jobs and general multi-trade property maintenance across London and the Home Counties.
What you’ll need:
- Plumbing experience and qualification (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
- Multi-trade skills (painting, decorating, carpentry ideal)
- Experience in property or building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools and ability to work independently
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £45,000 (DOE)
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30
