Location: London & Home Counties

Salary: Up to £42,000 + Van + Fuel

Griggs Property Care are looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrician for a full-time, permanent mobile role. The work covers electrical repairs and maintenance, plus general multi-trade tasks across residential and commercial properties. Jobs include reactive maintenance, insurance repairs and planned works across London and the Home Counties.

What we’re looking for:
  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition preferred)
  • Experience in electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding
  • Some multi-trade skills (plumbing, patching, decorating, basic carpentry)
  • Property or building maintenance experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to complete any outstanding cards or certifications if needed
