Salary: Up to £42,000 + Van + Fuel
Griggs Property Care are looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrician for a full-time, permanent mobile role. The work covers electrical repairs and maintenance, plus general multi-trade tasks across residential and commercial properties. Jobs include reactive maintenance, insurance repairs and planned works across London and the Home Counties.

What we’re looking for:- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition preferred)
- Experience in electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding
- Some multi-trade skills (plumbing, patching, decorating, basic carpentry)
- Property or building maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to complete any outstanding cards or certifications if needed
- Salary up to £42,000 (DOE)
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30
- Optional overtime and weekend work
- Company van and fuel card
- Tablet, work phone and uniform
- Long-term, permanent role
