You will be responsible for reviewing, documenting, and reporting UK adherence to the ABPI Code of Practice and the MHRA Blue Guide, ensuring that all UK operations, materials, projects, and activities remain fully compliant with regulatory requirements. You will act as the UK expert on the Code, guiding internal stakeholders and ensuring high standards of compliance across the organization. You will report to the Managing Director and you will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, International Marketing, European Medical Affairs, Biotest AG, Global Compliance, and external legal partners.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the UK expert on the ABPI Code and MHRA Blue Guide, advising teams to ensure all company activities remain compliant.
- Train Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to maintain a high level of Code knowledge.
- Monitor updates to the Code, review recent case interpretations, and ensure the company stays aligned with evolving requirements.
- Manage and coordinate responses to any Code-related complaints.
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for Code compliance and act as an internal signatory.
- Participate in planning processes, advising on projects, activities, and materials to ensure compliance from the outset.
- Keep all relevant SOPs updated in alignment with the Code and internal policies.

- You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Law, Business, or an equivalent field; being a registered pharmacist is an advantage.
- You bring 1–2 years of experience within a compliance department.
- You have experience in a healthcare environment, with knowledge and understanding of ABPI / Blue guide regulation.
- You have strong communication and verbal reasoning skills, excellent organizational capability, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- You are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar tools is an advantage.
