We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Sales Specialist to own our UK business development pipeline. This is a performance-first role, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and wants their income to reflect their hustle, not just their hours.

You'll be prospecting, pitching, and closing new business for our full suite of digital services: web, SEO, paid media, and AI strategy — with full support from our delivery team once a client is won.

  • Lead outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to qualified prospects
  • Collaborate with our account team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Compensation: Competitive part-time base retainer (paid monthly). Performance is rewarded directly.

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, web, or tech services
  • Based in the UK with a strong understanding of the local business landscape
  • Excellent communicator - confident on calls and in writing
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar is a plus

Flexibility and remote work. Ground floor opportunity to build and eventually lead UK sales. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role.
