Complete electrical components and systems within Griffon Marine’s standard
Objectives
- Ensure work is carried out to the correct standard and procedures
- Encourage and nurture a problem-solving culture within the department
- Maintain standards for Health and safety within department
- Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full
- Deliver continuous improvement by internal development recommendations to engineering
- Deliver lean/efficient, safe and compliant workshop practice
- Ability to coach and develop other members of staff
- Capable of working with customers and staff at all levels
- Ability to motivate others who are not direct reports.
- Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos
Qualifications/Experience
- Electrical NVQ level 3
- Experience or knowledge within Marine industry
