To provide support and assistance to the organisation with regards to housekeeping, organisation, and maintenance. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of facilities management services, ensuring that buildings, equipment, and working environments are safe, clean, compliant, and fully operational.
Objectives
- Assist with day-to-day running of building services and facilities.
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure the workplace is safe and well maintained.
- Report and log maintenance issues, defects, and faults.
- Support minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and escort contractors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and requirements.
- Ensure communal areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard, including exterior to the buildings.
- Assist with movements, furniture setup, and workspace organisation.
- Provide general support to staff regarding facilities-related issues.
