To provide support and assistance to the organisation with regards to housekeeping, organisation, and maintenance. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of facilities management services, ensuring that buildings, equipment, and working environments are safe, clean, compliant, and fully operational.

Objectives

  • Assist with day-to-day running of building services and facilities.
  • Carry out routine inspections to ensure the workplace is safe and well maintained.
  • Report and log maintenance issues, defects, and faults.
  • Support minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and escort contractors on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and requirements.
  • Ensure communal areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard, including exterior to the buildings.
  • Assist with movements, furniture setup, and workspace organisation.
  • Provide general support to staff regarding facilities-related issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness of facility, including waste management and recycling initiatives.
