Supervise and coordinate outfitting works under construction. Interpret technical drawings, outfitting plans, and installation manuals. Lead and manage teams of technicians, fitters, welders, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Monitor work progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of production targets. Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices. Participate in inspections, tests, and commissioning of outfitted systems. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health and safety.
