Key Responsibilities

  • Manage induction and onboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports, contracts and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • First point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support managers and provide guidance on HR queries or policies
  • Manage HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and learning & development
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and recruitment best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and outcomes
  • Support Head of People and Organisational Development with headcount reports monthly
  • Manage occupational health cases
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being and workplace culture
  • Assist the Head of People and Organisational Development and Group People Director with ad-hoc projects as required
  • To always ensure the highest level of confidentiality

Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
