The Successful candidate will become a qualified Mechanical Engineer. At Griffon Hoverwork we commit to the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring quality at every stage, which leads to exceptional products and services at the best value and expect the same from our partners.
Areas of Accountability and Responsibility
- Learning and gaining experience in general Marine engineering
- Assisting in assembling Engines to hulls
- Assisting in assembling jet drives and propulsion system
- Assisting in the installation Hydraulics and fire suppression system
- Assisting in pipe fitting
- To gain the understanding and the relevance of bilge/Fuel/Water systems
Qualifications and experience
- The ability to learn to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Interested in engineering process and marine industry
- The ability to understand and work to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act
- To learn and understand ISO procedure for quality
- To be able to work to a high standard
- Team Player
