The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Based and working across Northamptonshire and the five surrounding counties. You'll work as part of a team installing low carbon technology in customers' homes and within commercial premises - including Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps and underfloor heating, as well as carrying out first and second fix plumbing. You'll work with an electrician to commission Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps. Occasional installation of replacement gas boilers or hybrid systems as and when required. Support the service and breakdown department with fault diagnosis, repair and servicing of gas boiler, plumbing issues and hybrid systems. You'll progress to lead a team and be responsible for your team.
What you'll have:
- Experienced in the installation of boilers; knowledge of air source and ground source heat pumps is a plus, although full training will be provided.
- Experienced plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find.
- Domestic hot & cold water system knowledge.
- F-gas certification required but not essential for application.
Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within Plumbing and Heating.
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Ideally, you will also have the following, although this isn’t essential:
- WRAS Water Supply Regs
- UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems
- Gas safe certification
- F-gas certification
