Griffith Foods, a leading manufacturer of sauces, seasonings, and food ingredients, is expanding their production team in Somercotes (DE55). This food production operative role offers consistent shifts, excellent overtime, and long-term career potential. If you've worked as a production operative, factory operative, warehouse operative, machine operative, or food production operative, this role could be ideal for you.
Pay rates- £12.80 per hour
- £15.21 per hour after 12 weeks
- Overtime up to £25.88 per hour
- 4 on, 4 off rotation
- 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am
- Ongoing job with a permanent contract after 12 weeks (sometimes sooner based on performance)
- Excellent overtime rates
- Fixed shift pattern – 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts
