Role Purpose

Provides front-of-house and administrative support as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. Ensures efficient reception operations, visitor management, and site coordination while supporting HR and general administration in line with company standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage reception operations and ensure professional front-of-house service
  • Welcome visitors and manage sign-in, security passes, and compliance
  • Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and hospitality
  • Manage post, deliveries, and admin tasks
  • Support travel bookings and site coordination including the Pool Car
  • Maintain reception and communal areas
  • Provide HR administrative support

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Knowledge of reception processes, MS Office, visitor systems, and basic HR administration
  • Understanding of manufacturing environment, H&S compliance, and customer service standards
  • Resolves routine issues, prioritises tasks, and escalates complex matters appropriately
