Griffins Group is a long-established, family-run transport company based in Tuxford, and due to continued growth we are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our Logistics Division. This role involves multi-drop deliveries and collections within the local area, with drivers returning to base daily. We offer stable work, modern vehicles, and a supportive team environment with long-term career opportunities.
The Role
- Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections efficiently and safely
- Following daily run sheets to customer delivery and collection points
- Using a PDA to update delivery information and job progress
- Tail lift deliveries using electric pallet trucks
- Keeping in regular contact with the Traffic Team throughout the day
- Delivering excellent customer service at delivery points
- Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining high driving standards
Full induction and training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Category C (Class 2) HGV Licence
- Valid CPC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- ADR Class 2 licence beneficial but not essential

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7.15am start
- Saturday morning rota approximately 5 times per year
