Griffins Group is a family run transport company located in Tuxford. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 HGV multi drop day driver to join our Logistics Division. The suitable candidate will be required to carry out multi drop deliveries and collections in and around the local area, returning to base at the end of each day. No nights out required. Experienced Class 1 drivers only. Full time position.
Responsibilities
- Follow run sheets to delivery and collection points.
- Update a PDA.
- Tail lift deliveries using electric pallet trucks.
- Opportunity to pull straight frame curtain siders and double deck curtain siders.
- Keep in contact with Traffic Team with progress throughout the day.
- Full induction and training provided.
- Monday to Friday working with 7.15am start.
- No weekend working.
Bonuses
- Safe driving bonus £200 every six months.
- Fuel bonus - amount varies depending on fuel return.

Compensation and Additional Incentives
The successful candidate must have a valid HGV license (C+E), CPC card and digital tachograph card. Additional £1 per hour paid as required for ADR Class 1.
