WHAT WE DO

We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.

THE ROLE

This role is about combining existing skills with training provided by our experienced GFX team to help support the localisation and reversioning of content for international distribution, with focus on delivering motion graphics to brief and working collaboratively within the team to ensure the best possible execution. Your role and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business, but will include:

  1. Produce 2D and 3D motion design, delivering to a professional standard
  2. Produce TV spot cutdowns, social media and promo content
  3. Ensuring work is delivered to deadline
  4. Take initiative in the allocation and scheduling of work
  5. Work alongside the wider team to produce creative concepts for a wide range of promotional media
  6. Remain flexible to assimilate new instructions and apply the knowledge in the future
  7. Remain focused and methodical in your approach even when working under pressure to meet delivery deadlines
  8. Collaborate with your colleagues to form strong and helpful working relationships
  9. Be proactive in helping to ensure the team delivers, stepping forward to go the extra mile when workload is high
  10. Demonstrate good problem-solving ability to complete work independently
  11. Takes responsibility for your own learning and development by challenging yourself to learn new workflows and processes
  12. Support the GFX Middleweights and Seniors with special tasks and projects
  13. Contributing to the administration of projects and folders to streamline the team’s organisation

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience using After Effects (scaling, anchor points, rotation, transparency, masking, effects and pre-sets)
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Media Encoder
  • Solid knowledge of rotoscoping and camera motion tracking
  • Fluent using plugins such as Red Giant, Video Copilot, Boris FX (Sapphire, Continuum)
  • Experience synchronising GFX with audio
  • Experience in 3D typography with Cinema 4D or After Effects plugins such as 3D Element
  • Good organisational skills
  • An interest in creating social spots
