Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands such as The Athenian from their existing kitchens.
We are looking for talented individuals to help grow and oversee our operations across the UK, working closely with our Account Management team. You will travel to our network of third-party delivery kitchens to ensure that our franchisees are operating smoothly and cooking our food to high standards. We are looking for someone who is willing to get hands-on, train kitchens, and communicate professionally with customers. The role requires traveling (paid) 80% of the time. We are open to hiring across the UK, so don\’t hesitate to get in touch even if you\’re not based in London!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Onboard and train new franchisees: help them learn how to cook our brands
- Run regular checks on-site, helping them cook more accurately and better
- Analyse site performance and work with the wider team to ensure top operations and maximised sales
- Support customers and solve site issues when they arise

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-4 years of work experience in a restaurant/hospitality role as an AM/GM of a single site or similar
- Experience working hands-on in kitchens and training other team members
- Excited to learn and figure things out, asking great questions, with an open mind
- Excited to travel and visit kitchens in your region, talk to customers, and help them cook our food well
- Friendly, positive, and clear communicator who enjoys meeting new people
- Fluent in English and right to work in the UK is a must
