THE ROLE
We’re a fast-growing last-mile delivery startup looking for a highly motivated Mechanic to keep our fleet and our courier partners rolling. If you’re a detail-oriented tech with a passion for electric vehicle technology and a can-do attitude, we want you!

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair our fleet of e-bikes, e-mopeds, and e-cargo bikes.
- Provide top-notch customer service to our courier partners.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems efficiently.
- Ensure all repairs meet our high standards of quality.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic, preferably with e-bikes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for e-mobility and sustainability.

- E-Mobility Enthusiast (e-bikes, e-mopeds, e-cargo bikes!)
- Proven bike mechanic skills (e-bike experience a plus!)
- Top-notch diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail & quality
- Customer-centric mindset & great communication
- Adaptable, organised, and a team player (flexible hours)
