General Day to Day Duties:
You’re a customer-focused Account Manager who is proactive, self-motivated and used to working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with varying deadlines. Your key skills lie in customer service, project management, attention to detail and an understanding of the print production process when you’re working with your clients.
You thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client’s marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage data, artwork, and print briefs using our cutting-edge technology.
- Validate client-supplied information to guarantee precise project briefings.
- Lead and attend both client and internal project meetings.
- Oversee client and supplier critical paths, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Manage our print on demand solution, including RFQs and supplier communications.
- Stay on top of Work In Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely project progression.
- Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.
- Track and manage savings effectively.
- Provide support on content and production work within the team.
- Conduct site visits for quality control of POS deliveries.
- Attend press passes/QC sessions at print partners as needed.
- Generate regular weekly reports on WIP and ongoing/future initiatives.
Qualifications:

- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- You understand how to interpret an artwork brief from the client and can turn this into a crystal-clear brief for ITG’s studio so that any of our artworks could work on it and get it right first time.
- Calm and confident in handling challenging situations.
- Innovative thinker, always ready to find new solutions for clients.
- A true team player with a positive and collaborative approach.
- Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented.
- You bring great POS production knowledge with you. Even better, you understand the production process behind this.
- Proficient in Excel – this is a busy account, using multiple systems to increase efficiency and working with large spreadsheets, being able to keep on top of multiple projects comes second nature to you.
