Exciting new role for an experienced recruitment consultant with FS experience to move into the US market! Here you will likely significantly increase your billings and benefit from a no threshold, up to 50% commission structure and travel to the US at least once per quarter.

If you have US recruitment experience already, then great. Though if you don’t but have the ability to perform well in this market, then you could benefit from a 300% growth in billings, as many of my clients' team have, just by virtue of focusing on this very lucrative market with average terms above 25-30% and a very fast turn-around on placements.

There is turbulence in the market right now, but with the Trump focus on America first, you’ll benefit from unhindered relationships with quintessentially American businesses that are seeing more investment in the US than ever before!

On top of this, though not a search firm, 41% of all my clients' placements in 2024 were retained mandates for multiple hires, and you would immediately be empowered to win and work on these very lucrative projects.

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of Financial Services recruitment experience (buy or sell-side)
  • Mostly 360 experience
  • Adept relationship builder
  • Experienced business developer (though there are many warm relationships)
  • Experienced in either front office/sales roles, governance, compliance, or risk
