The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

The HR & Administration Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for the school's HR, recruitment, compliance and administration functions, supervising the Admin Assistant and ensuring efficient business operations.

Due to the nature of HR work within a school, there will be occasional requirements to attend meetings, hearings, training or INSET outside the postholder's normal working hours.

Sufficient notice will be provided wherever possible and additional hours will be paid or taken as time off in lieu in accordance with Trust policy.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily administrative and organisational processes of the school office, including supervising the Admin Assistant.
  • Managing all day-to-day human resource processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times, under the guidance of the Principal.
  • Acting as one of the initial points of contact for parents, visitors and stakeholders, serving as an ambassador for the school and embodying its values, vision and ethos.
