As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer journey, supporting the Service Manager and working closely with our aftersales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Care – Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer has a positive experience
- Customer Communication – Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s status and explaining technical details in a clear, friendly way
- Building Relationships – Developing strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
- Problem‑Solving – Handling customer queries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally
- Business Retention – Managing customer accounts and ensuring they receive outstanding service every time
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

- Exceptional organization and punctuality
- Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Experience in a Customer-facing Role (essential)
