Griffin Mill Garages is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersales Team of a successful main dealership.
You will ensure manufacturer policies are followed, prepare invoices and claims, check WIP, manage policy claims, use electronic communication systems, and liaise with the Service Manager.
You will be organised, have excellent communication, and be proactive.
This role requires attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach within a busy workshop environment.
