We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join our busy Vauxhall franchise.
We are looking for a professional and confident person who can fit straight into the team.
You will be working alongside an experienced Senior Business Manager, so this could be the ideal opportunity for a capable Sales Executive to take the next step in their career as well as a current Business Manager.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Manager and responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department.
The position will involve.
- Helping customers find the right finance package to suit their needs
- Demonstrating a strong F&I knowledge
- Will be required to manage and coach the sales team in accordance with the company retention process
- Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products
- Working within the FCA regulations and company guidelines
- Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources
- Managing the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager
- Experience in stacking finance deals
