We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join our busy Nissan franchise. We are looking for a professional and confident person who can fit straight into the team. You will be reporting to the Nissan Brand Manager. This could be the ideal opportunity for a capable Sales Executive to take the next step in their career as well as a current Business Manager.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Manager and responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. The position will involve:

  • Helping customers find the right finance package to suit their needs
  • Demonstrating a strong F&I knowledge
  • Managing and coaching the sales team in accordance with the company retention process
  • Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products
  • Working within the FCA regulations and company guidelines
  • Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources
  • Managing the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager
