We're looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to work alongside Head Chef Jakub. If you're passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking, enjoy leading a team, and want to develop your career in a busy, quality-led kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for
- An experienced Sous Chef, or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A hands-on leader who develops and motivates the team
- Strong organisational skills with a good understanding of GP, labour control and kitchen standards
- Excellent food quality, communication and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a desire to help drive the business forward
