Key Duties- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and repair of M&E systems to ensure smooth building operations
- Plan, execute, and supervise facilities maintenance and related services
- Manage and coordinate M&E installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and facilities teams to resolve technical issues
- Prepare reports, quotations, and attend M&E‑related meetings as required
- Maintain high standards of service quality and client relationships
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience preferred
- Able to work on rotating shifts (day/night)
