Key Duties- Perform preventive and corrective lift maintenance
- Ensure safety compliance and proper tool usage
- Maintain accurate records and support inspections and audits such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA) & Fire Safety Bureau (FSB)
- Assist in investigations and follow up on equipment issues and QA/QC defects
- Min. Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in maintenance or lift industry is highly advantageous
- Possession of own motorbike required for site visit
