Key Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for available roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
