Full time 35 hour M-F float day position rotating between the hospital main campus and the Quarry Walk location. The candidate should be an experienced, board certified, MRI technologist who can work independently. Ensures the safety of patients, families and staff within an MRI environment. Responsible for MRI quality metrics as they pertain to the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies. Responsible for metrics and quality outcomes associated with American College of Radiology MRI accreditation standards. Has multicredentialed status to work in an outpatient imaging center to support operations. Individual shall work to provide support to the x-ray department at Quarry Walk as needed.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year experience required. Venipuncture and IV skills required. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to function under pressure of time demands. Position requires the ability to concentrate on details in spite of interruptions and attend to tasks for more than 30 minutes at a time.
