What You Will Do

  • Lead and Deliver: Shape and lead transformational programmes and projects for high-profile clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Build Trusted Relationships: Act as a go-to advisor for senior stakeholders, nurturing long-lasting partnerships.
  • Mentor and Develop Teams: Guide and develop Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants, helping them excel in their roles.
  • Shape Our Future: Drive internal initiatives, contribute to strategic direction, and actively expand client engagements through business development.
  • Oversee Multiple Projects: Juggle multiple priorities while ensuring all projects run smoothly and teams receive the support they need.

Interview Process

  • 1st Stage \’Get to Know You\’ Behaviours and Attitudes Competency Interview (1 hour)
  • 2nd Stage Case Study Exercise Interview (1 hour)

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary from £72,000 per annum plus bonus and travel allowance.
