People Systems & Operations Specialist

Reports to: People Systems & Operations Manager

Location: London/Hybrid

Job Summary:

The PSOP will support the People Systems and Operations Manager in delivering excellent service to our employees through the effective management, continuous improvement, and optimization of our People processes and systems.

Primarily responsible for managing the People Team inbox to respond to queries from employees across the entire range of the employee lifecycle – from onboarding through to offboarding. In addition, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors, which is our primary HCM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound queries from Employees relating to their queries/issues in a timely manner
  • Support other members of the People team on People Operations matters
  • Support full employee lifecycle and the operational actions necessary at each stage
  • Manage and oversee SuccessFactors workflows
  • Align with the People Data Analyst in the creation and optimization of standard reporting, and provision of data
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to key processes
  • Support the training of users in SuccessFactors
  • Support the integration of other core systems with SuccessFactors
  • Provide project support where required
  • Adhere to strict compliance and governance regarding data security and integrity
  • Support the employee engagement survey process

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management or alternative relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in understanding HRIS systems and their administration
  • Customer-centric mindset and a β€˜can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Good organizational and planning skills

Travel Requirements:

5% potential local travel
