The Paid Media Director is responsible for the paid strategy & planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of the paid media elements of 1000heads campaigns.
The Paid Media Director reports into the Strategy Function lead and is supported by a Paid Media Manager.
We’re looking for someone ambitious and autonomous who wants to drive growth and build a team.
Please note, this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Responsibilities
- Campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for full funnel paid social campaigns, with wider knowledge of digital advertising (across display, programmatic and DOOH)
- Deliver integrated paid media campaigns with an appreciation for the other elements of the campaign (influencer outreach, community management, creative)
- Deliver optimisation, reporting & budget management for all media budgets within your remit
- Manage project timings, delivering all duties to agreed deadlines
- Analyse campaign performance against client KPIs & report on any trends & insights to key stakeholders
- Monitor day to day delivery and budget against KPIs
- Recommend opportunities for campaign optimisation based on meeting clients KPI’s & implement as required
- Buy media across biddable platforms
- Negotiate IO buys and manage campaigns with digital display publishers.
- Understand and implement social/digital measurement and tracking
- Deliver post-campaign analysis & PPT presentations
- Assist with any ad-hoc reporting & administrative tasks
- Work with media owners to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise
- Work closely with internal departments and external companies
Minimum Requirements
- Experience of digital and paid social advertising
- Must have an understanding of media, audience profiling, targeting and tracking
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, analytical and literacy skills
- Entrepreneurial – able to identify opportunities for clients
- Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
- Able to manage time effectively & multi-task
- Team player
- Self motivated & willing to take on new challenges
