C-Serv is on the lookout for a skilled Financial Planning & Report Analyst to join our international client’s finance team. Focused on driving financial excellence, this role will revolve around budgeting, forecasting, and providing comprehensive financial analyses to enhance decision-making processes. Our client specializes in delivering advanced 5G solutions and strives to empower businesses and mobile network operators by facilitating high-quality connections and nurturing innovation.

Within this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop actionable financial insights and strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact by optimising financial performance and supporting organisational goals; the role is based in the Head office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and reporting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Implement and improve financial reporting systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis on key initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing financial expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant finance certification is a plus.
  • Ideally qualified or part qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present financial insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with financial software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
