The Role

This is a pivotal role for the Hometrack business where you’ll be leading the development of our Data Services business unit’s marketing plan, with a primary focus on digital marketing campaigns for Hometrack Data Services to enhance our online presence, increase brand visibility, and optimise traffic to drive users towards our B2B solutions. The focus of our growth plan is to drive high quality leads into the business, from a wider range of market segments and verticals. This will be key to the development of this growth plan, capitalising on our unique proprietary datasets, market position and differentiators. Reporting to the Director of Data Services you will be an ambitious marketing manager looking to take responsibility for raising the profile of our newly formed Data Services division, driving engagement and generating leads for the commercial team with a ‘hands on’ approach. This role requires an excellent balance between essential digital marketing skills and the creative imagination needed to produce future campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: End to end responsibilities for Hometrack Data Services marketing strategy including developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are effective and meet performance targets leveraging 1st and 3rd party data and martech tools (e.g. Salesforce & Mailchimp).
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media and email marketing. Work with our Product Managers and Commercial Team to develop compelling sales collateral and proposition statements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and generate report to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Work with the Data Services Director to manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient resources allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Market knowledge and context: Develop a strong understanding of our market segments and product propositions, you’ll be passionate about the residential property market.

You’ll come to us:

  • With proven campaign manager experience with demonstrable skills in digital marketing, copy creation, and creating campaigns and messaging to drive engagement.
  • An analytic mind, used to conducting complex data analysis with a solid understanding of data models and their outputs to drive decision making.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience as a B2B Digital/Campaign Marketing Manager or similar/equivalent role.
  • Highly proficient in martech technologies to support content creation, SEO, PPC and sales systems to drive high quality lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Someone who is comfortable / confident in working autonomously to select and direct agencies.
  • Experience of working in a matrix, with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
