Boldspace is looking for a midweight creative team to play a key role within the agency, helping us create award-winning and impactful work across a range of media, disciplines, and clients.
The ideal team will have 4+ years of experience and should be at the early stages of their midweight journey or a junior team looking for their next step up.
The right team will be skilled at developing concepts and collaborating, and comfortable working across multiple channels, from TV to social media and everything in between. While conceptual thinking is essential, we are also seeking candidates with exceptional craft skills, capable of writing long-form copy and taking a hands-on approach to design and art direction. We’re looking for people with bold, strategic ideas that build the client’s brand and make them famous.
The creative team will thrive in a mix of idea generation and high-quality copywriting or art direction. You will be strong storytellers, and at least one of you should be an excellent writer—whether for scripts, punchy social copy, or long-form content. You will work closely with our creative director and collaborate with all members of our multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class creative work: You will play a key role in ideating and executing creative concepts across the agency’s clients, collaborating with design, strategy, and other departments. Your work should consistently be original, thought-provoking, and beautifully crafted. You should constantly strive for work that will stand up against the best in international award shows.
- Handle multiple projects: You will work on several projects simultaneously across various clients and disciplines.
- Stay ahead of trends: You will keep a finger on the pulse of the latest cultural trends and technology.
- Develop diverse campaigns: You will create and execute well-crafted campaign ideas in various brand tones and disciplines.
Be a strong, compassionate team member:
- You must work well with teams from multiple disciplines and be a well-liked and respected member of the company.
- You understand the importance of culture and collaboration.
- You must be proactive, always looking for new opportunities to create cutting-edge work.
- You must be willing to learn new skills and techniques to better yourself and the company.
Benefits:
- Pensions: a 5% employer contribution.
- Private Healthcare: Vitality.
- Holiday: unlimited holiday (including all UK public holidays) – we trust our staff to take the time they need and still excel in their jobs – and days off for birthdays and moving house are guaranteed!
- Flexible working: complete choice over where you work each day.
- Regular salary reviews: in line with a salary framework, to ensure equal pay for equal work and that we recognise and reward when your responsibilities increase.
- Socials: team socials regularly, chosen by the team.
- Team retreats: time to get to know each other away from the office.
- Bonus: transparent bonus structure where you can receive a % of base salary based on personal and company performance.
- Supporting good causes: we contribute some of our outperformance to charitable causes which the team help choose.
- Wellness: time within working hours every week for those that want or need it.
- Monthly benefits budget: £50 per month, every month, to spend on whatever you want – from a home delivered vegetable box and discounted gym memberships, to mental health support and professional coaching.
- Travel & Work: For two weeks of the year, all employees can work from anywhere in the world.
- Chairman’s trip: 5 of our strongest commercial performers will win a free two week trip to the Caribbean.
