Please note: we are looking for candidates to be based in and around London and are happy to come to our London office 2-3 times per week (unless on client site). If you are based outside of London, you must be happy to travel to our office frequently. Skin Analytics is an award-winning digital health company that has launched the world’s first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. Our AI as a Medical Device (AIaMD) is deployed in 13 NHS organisations, and growing. We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely. The Account Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key private sector clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high client retention, driving growth within existing accounts, and strengthening partnerships to maximise value. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless services, optimise contract performance, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing private sector clients, particularly Private Medical Insurers (PMIs) and employee benefits providers. Ensure contractual obligations are met and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Revenue Growth & Retention: Develop strategies to retain and grow existing accounts, increasing revenue and engagement. Proactively present new services and improvements to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partnerships.
- Market Engagement & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness. Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as amii and REBA.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyse account performance to provide strategic recommendations. Provide regular reports on client activity, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with product to feedback market trends and client needs. Collaborate with Business Development and Client Operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
