We are looking for a Network Optimisation Manager to lead the function responsible for turning network data, technical evidence, incident learning and asset intelligence into measurable improvement across the GRIDSERVE EV charging network. This is a senior operational leadership role, not a passive reporting role. The successful candidate will lead Tier 2, Tier 3, the Interoperability Lab and EV technical asset management activity, with direct accountability for improving reliability, availability, remote resolution, supplier escalation quality and cost to serve.

What you will lead
- Lead the Network Optimisation function across Tier 2, Tier 3, Interoperability Lab and EV asset insight.
- Improve triage, remote repair, ticket quality and Field Service hand-off.
- Lead deep-dive investigations into complex and recurring EV network issues.
- Use data, telemetry, service history, OEM systems and Field Service evidence to identify systemic failure modes.
- Own monthly EV Operations insight reporting, focused on what happened, why it happened and what action is required.
- Challenge OEMs and suppliers with clear technical evidence.
- Support Field Service with better diagnosis, playbooks, repeat-fault analysis and targeted improvement campaigns.
- Ensure lessons learned are converted into operating standards, corrective actions and measurable network improvement.
