The role
- Support delivery of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all GRIDSERVE operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
- Provide training, guidance, and incident investigation support to promote a strong safety culture.
- Liaise with regulators and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
You’ll bring
- Proven experience in an HSE role within energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
