The role

  • Support delivery of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all GRIDSERVE operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
  • Provide training, guidance, and incident investigation support to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Liaise with regulators and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.

You’ll bring

  • Proven experience in an HSE role within energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
