As a Regional Network Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer usage and commercial performance across our regional EV charging network. This is a mobile, field-based role focused on visiting sites, observing customer behaviour, identifying local opportunities, and working with businesses and stakeholders to increase utilisation. You will use a test-and-learn approach to develop and implement initiatives that improve customer engagement, optimise site performance, and grow revenue across your region.
Your insights, reporting, and on-the-ground presence will play a critical role in shaping regional growth strategies and maximising the value of our EV infrastructure.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and improve sales performance across a defined regional EV charging network through regular site visits and in-field engagement.
- Conduct on-site observations to understand customer behaviour, usage patterns, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase charger utilisation through local partnerships, promotions, and business engagement.
- Build relationships with local businesses, councils, and community stakeholders to drive awareness and usage of EV charging sites.
- Develop, test, and refine initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and charging frequency.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative insights from the field and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Produce regular performance reports covering usage, customer feedback, site opportunities, and commercial impact.
- Spot regional growth opportunities, including new partnerships, events, signage, and location-based promotions.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to implement regional campaigns and improvements.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure brand standards and customer experience are consistently delivered across all visited sites.
- Support the rollout of new sites by identifying launch opportunities and local engagement strategies.
- Travel regularly within the region to visit sites, partners, and stakeholders.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales performance, field sales, business development, or regional commercial roles.
- Experience working in a mobile, regional, or territory-based role with regular site visits.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer engagement, or usage performance.
- Experience working with local businesses, partners, or community stakeholders.
- Experience producing performance reports and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Background in retail, automotive, energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working independently in a field-based role.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn observations into actionable insights.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
