Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team in the Region. The role will involve establishing and leading in the growth of the Gridlines business within the Region.

Responsibilities

Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team in the country

Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments

Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions

Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model

Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Lead in the planning of resources across the team

Develop and inspire a market leading team

Instil a collaborative high performing culture

Lead in the growth of the project finance practice in the country

Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business

Lead in the development of client pitches

Sector leading expertise in Project Finance

10+ years of relevant experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice

In-depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification beneficial

Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel

Recent hands-on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions

Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial

Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard desirable
